The Movement for Progressive Judaism Co-Leads Rabbi Josh Levy and Rabbi Charley Baginsky, London Mayor Sadiq Khan and Mitzvah Day Founder Laura Marks CBE were among the guests at the official launch of The British Muslim Trust.
The British Muslim Trust is a leading voice in supporting victims of anti-Muslim hate crimes, providing dedicated guidance, advocacy and care, while working towards building a safer and more inclusive society for all.
A spokesperson for the Trust said: “It was our pleasure to host the Co-Leads of Progressive Judaism, and all from the diverse communities present, to mark the official launch of The British Muslim Trust in the heart of Westminster.
“The event served as a reminder about our mission and aims to support and advocate for victims and witnesses reporting incidents of anti-Muslim hate. We are striving to ensure lived experiences are documented, recognised, and heard.”
