Kol Chai – Hatch End Reform Jewish Community hosted a special evening exploring the Dybbuk (disembodied spirit) and other ghosts, as members took part in the development of a new stage show.
Kol Chai congregant, actor and writer Daniel Lipton and fellow creative Will Armstrong led an evening exploring whether Jews believe in ghosts. The session featured storytelling and discussion, offering an entertaining and slightly unsettling look at this haunting corner of Jewish folklore.
Daniel and Will are developing the show Dybbuk for the Artsdepot in Finchley, with opportunities to see the work in progress next year.
