Jewish Joint Burial Society (JJBS)

Some Progressive communities are members of the Jewish Joint Burial Society (JJBS), which provides burial services through its own cemeteries and funeral directors.

If your community belongs to JJBS, arrangements will be made through that scheme.

If you are unsure whether this scheme applies to you, or if you (or the loved one who passed away) is a non-member, please contact Tanya at funerals@progressivejudaism.org.uk so we can guide you to the right support.

For further information on the JJBS scheme, including contact details for enquiries or if you require urgent support, please refer to the JJBS website.
