Progressive Judaism Education Hub
Wednesday 10 December 2025:
Education Hub on Disability and Inclusion
We will be holding a special edition of the Progressive Judaism Education Hub on Wednesday 10 December at 8pm, looking at disability and inclusion within Judaism.
Taking place during Disability History Month, this session will be led by Rabbi Daisy Bogod and Student Rabbi Kohenet Yael Tischler, alongside Jewish disabled activist Simone Aspis.
Together they will examine Torah and Jewish teachings around disability, how Progressive Judaism has historically approached inclusion, and the practical steps that can be taken by communities today to ensure accessibility and equality. It will also offer the chance to hear about a new Jewish Disabled People’s Network that is being created.
You can also listen back to the whole of our season so far on the Principles of Progressive Judaism as part of our new Spotify podcast.
