Are you ready to grow as a leader in your Progressive community?

The Movement for Progressive Judaism (MPJ), supported by the NLPS Trust for Progressive Judaism, is launching its first-ever Emerging Leaders Programme – a one-year journey designed for people beginning to step into leadership roles who want the skills, confidence and support to make a meaningful impact.

The programme

Nominated by each community’s Chair, participants will join a Movement-wide cohort and:

• Begin their journey at Hineinu, our brand new flagship conference, with a dedicated leadership track.
• Receive mentoring from a senior leader in their community.
• Take part in six interactive online seminars across the year.
• Develop a real leadership project rooted in their community.
• Join a national network of MPJ leaders shaping the future.

This programme is rooted in L’Dor Vador – strengthening leadership today so that Progressive Jewish life thrives for generations to come.

Funding

Places are supported through a shared three-part model:

• £120 participant contribution
• £120 community contribution
• £120 grant support

Financial assistance is available where needed. Cost should never be a barrier.

How to apply

Applications are now open and are made via community nomination.

If you are interested in taking part, please speak to your community’s Chair, who can nominate you for the programme.

We look forward to welcoming the first cohort of Emerging Leaders and beginning this important journey together.
