Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and all those working with children, families and vulnerable adults have a role to play.
Our two-hour introductory session – being held on both Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 September from 7-9pm – is designed for cheder teachers and madrichim (youth leaders) and will cover the basics needed to keep both participants and staff safe.
This includes recognising signs of harm or abuse, responding appropriately to concerns or disclosures, understanding reporting procedures, and maintaining safe and appropriate boundaries.
